After getting your baggage please come to Door A and go to Paladin computer desk. You can share your name and ask them to call your chauffeur. The chauffeur will be there within 5 minutes. If for some reason you do not see your chauffeur, please call us at 416-708-5100 or 647-274-2411 and you will be assisted immediately.
Yes, our vehicles can be booked by the hour and the fee depends on the size and model of the vehicle. We require a minimum of three hours for the hourly service.
A $15.00 premium will be added to carry excess baggage. Chauffeur will inform passenger when this applies.
Yes, there may be instances and occasions where a transfer service is possible with the exception of peak demand dates and events. A transfer is basically a direct, one-way pick up and drop, at a set time. Wait time, extra stops and additional driving around are not calculated in the pricing and would add the charges or revert the service to hourly if extensive. It is best to review all details at the time of reservation to determine what type of service will best apply.
Yes, for multiple passenger drop offs, there is a $20.00 additional charge for each passenger drop off on route to final destination.
